This dealership does not deserve a star but I could not post this comment if I didn't give them one. I stopped in to have my battery checked but on that day the attendant said that nobody was available to check it, and that the dealership was closing soon. He told me to back my car out and I told him if he could open the adjacent bay door that led out to the parking lot that it would be better but he said he couldn't because it was locked. To make a long story short, when I backed out there was a latch that was sticking out of the bay door and it caught my rear taillight and broke it. When I got out of the car the attendant said it had happened to other customers as well. So, I asked him why didn't he back my car out if he knew there was something obstructing the door and he said that I didn't ask him to. I suppose he got a good laugh out of it. If you don't mind being treated horribly then Winnipeg Honda (Waverly) is the place for you. But if you want to be kind to yourself find another dealership.

I went to this place looking for a civic but the sales person who served me were very disrespectful and verbally abusive. Mr Andy(Asian guy) told me to go dumb my current VW 2016 just because I didn’t want to take his offer of 196.64 Bi-Weekly. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Had met with Waverly Honda Team and leased a new vehicle. Great team with great customer service. At first met with Lucky Sharma who is knowledgeable, open, friendly and will explain in detail on what would be a best option to you. Great personality and super helpful. Got connected to his manager, Dylan who was super friendly and helped to his best. Met Melissa on finance and who got everything ready for you and explains things on details so that you have clear understanding. Young beautiful lady, walked me around car and explained on detail so that I would be comfortable operating vehicle. Forgot her name but I don't have to use manual so far and has her explanation fresh. Thank you team, will definitely refer my family and friends. Keep up your great work!

A trickle charger was installed in a 2016 Honda Fit. I'm totally satisfied with this recommendation as it has resolved the issues we were experiencing.
