I travel 1 hour to Winnipeg then another 40 minutes around the city (I live North of Winnipeg) to get to Waverly Honda because of the service I receive from my sales rep. I drive by 3 other Honda dealers (at least) to get there, and It happens to be the furthest one away from my home. What does that tell you about my level of satisfaction with the follow up of my sales rep, and my Honda dealer?!

The entire Honda Team provided us with different options and the financial implications of each of these options which helped us make a better decision. Also, each option was explained in terms of vehicle features and technology. This also helped us make a more informed decision. The changes regarding the technology were explained to us in detail and modelled so we had a complete understanding of these changes and could operate this independently once we left the dealership.

Battery should last 5 to 7 years. This new battery lasted about two. They kept telling me that there was $50 fee just to test the battery to see if it was good or not. They charged me half price on a battery that would’ve cost a lot less if I would’ve purchased anywhere else. So by the time I paid the $50 fee and the cost of the battery it would’ve cost the same to buy a new battery anywhere else. What a scam.

The technician who worked on my vehicle was friendly and courteous, and discussed the problem and solution with me in a clear, concise manner. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to call if I were to have any further questions.

Have asked for call back re. estimate for repair of broken sunroof shade twice - adviser told me twice that an estimate would be provided. I have received no call re. estimate for sunroof repair to date. Spring/summer will eventually come and I would like to be able to use my sunroof..

When we booked an appointment for regular maintenance, we mentioned that the rear seat belt was not working again. It had been looked at before and fixed but only lasted a few months. In our minds a new car's seat belt should last years so there must be some defect. At the time of booking I (Carole) strongly suggested that they order the part ahead of time so everything could be done at the same time. The lady taking my booking wrote it down. We have the invoice that says..order seat belt... When we went to pick up the car, the seat belt was not fixed. We were told they would have to order the part and then book another appointment. I (Mike) was unaware that my wife had asked for them to pre order the part. My wife then phoned Honda and asked why the part had not been ordered as per phone call on original booking. The buck was passed (sorry, I didn't take that call, do you know who did?) Does it really matter?? You are a team and should cover for each other. The right response should have been we are very sorry for the misunderstanding. Instead we were told that you don't order parts ahead of time...it's like going in circles... Everyone in the service department needs to be in communication with each other. So we had no choice but to book another appointment. Time is precious. No rental vehicle is provided in this case and in fact that day there were no rentals available!! Another area that we feel could improve in is the service people speaking on the phone. They speak so fast and unclear that we often have to ask them to repeat what they just said. Perhaps they don't want us to remember their names?? If someone gives us great customer service we are the first to commend them and relay it up to management.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Right from sales to management! Robby and wade couldn’t have done a better job. Everyone should go to Winnipeg Honda for their new ride!
