Went in to look at Reliable suv and our questions were answered and we were able to make a good decision and get into something that suited us. Questions were answered and explained and all around everyone we dealt with from sales to finance, service and can’t forget about the shuttle Drivers were excellent to deal with!

I bought a used 2015 Nissan Titan through Phillip Li. Now, he is what every sales rep should strive to be. Phillip is courteous and helpful all the way. If any if my friends is looking to purchase a vehicle, I will definitely recommend Phillip Li. SMP will be the loser if it lets Phillip walk away. However, I cannot say the same thing about SMP's service department. About one week after purchasing the truck, the brakes started to squeak pretty loudly every time I pressed the brake pedal. Fearing something might be wrong with the brakes, I brought the truck back to SMP since they had promised to warranty the vehicle when I bought it. The guys who prepared the work order then told me that if there was nothing wrong with the brakes, I would have to pay for the work done. I argued that if there was nothing wrong with the brakes, why would they squeak so loudly. They further said that brakes squeak and the squeaking sound does not mean something is wrong with it. Were they kidding me? I was very upset and disappointed. Did they think that I was so free with my time that I would just bring a vehicle in for no apparent reason? I felt like they were threatening me, like they were just looking for an excuse to charge me and they had no intention of honouring their warranty. I then told them that in that case I would take the vehicle home and bring it to Nissan. Later that morning, I called Phillip and related this incident to him. He told me to bring the vehicle to him personally, he would discuss things with his boss and get the issue settled for me. I did as Phillip requested and after he met his boss, he brought me to see a guy called Marshall who promptly attended to the situation and later that afternoon, I collected the truck back sans the squeaking brakes. Way to go, Phillip and Marshall. A few months later, the SMP service dept called me to get me to bring my vehicle in for an oil change. I told the caller that sorry no, after that incident with the two service guys who did not want to honour a warranty agreement that morning, they must be crazy if they thought I would be bringing my truck back to the SMP's service dept. However, I give credit where credit is due. If there is any redeeming personnel in SMP, they would be Phillip and Marshall who treated me with the utmost respect and understanding.
