2018 Nissan Sentra SV lemon I no longer trust Race Auto very bad expetience

They had to replace the brakes 3 times. Car settings were notvset Tests on the car were not done Odometer reading too much milage Tires were used, not new Speakers are cracked, poor sound Vibrations in brake and gas pedal now being felt Doors not properly insulated Doors freezes shut Burning gas like crazy, burns it like a new car when first purchased

As a first time car buyer, I was super nervous. Having worked with Race Auto Group before in the past 5 years on another car purchase for someone else, it was the first place I went to to look for a new vehicle. I was pleased to see Erin still there after 5 years which speaks to Race Auto Group's employee retention but also seeing a friendly and familiar face was very reassuring. Erin helped me get my dream car and the process was seamless. Thank you so much for all your help!

I bought a 4 year old used car. I was promised 2 keys for the car --the manager was very clear -- I got one key on delivery, and once all the payments were processed and the ownership papers were done, I would get the second key. Both by the manager and the salesperson said this was how they handled all their sales. I got the paperwork a couple of weeks later. After a month of asking for the second key and being told they would get it to me, they suddenly changed their story to "we can't find the other key". The story quickly changed again to "there is no other key" and finally "used cars only come with one key". Which is, of course, ridiculous. I have been busy used cars for 20 years and they always come with at least 2 keys. A replacement key is going to cost me $575. I learned my lesson. DO NOT TRUST RACE AUTO and get everything in writing. I will never go back there again.

Steven, as I mentioned already if you have a text from the General Manager (Joey) please contact him to resolve. The employee who dropped off the car was one of the detailers and would not have any knowledge as to whether there were 1 or 2 keys. We purchased the car from another dealer, and we were only provided 1 key.
Don't trust their word -- get it in writing

I recently purchased my third, and hopefully final vehicle from them, and each time the sales staff have gone beyond to help me, and find the right vehicle. You can't go wrong purchasing from Julie, Heather or anyone else there.
