Great service with friendly knowledgeable staff made the buying experience easy and hassle free. They also didn't hesitate after the purchase was made to help repair a minor dent in the car that went unnoticed during the purchasing process. Rohan Singh from crown automax was extremely helpful at finding the right vehicle within my price range and listened to what I was looking for.

Lucky was so friendly to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and made it easy to walk away confident in my purchase with no regrets. He was as thorough as he needed to be but respectful of the fact that I didn’t want to spend a lot of time car shopping. I told him what I was looking for and he found it almost instantly and started the process of getting me on my way. I really enjoyed dealing with him.

We originally went in to look at a 2018 Honda Odyssey LX. While I understand that they didn’t have any to look at, it was nearly impossible to get them to discuss the pricing of that trim level or the possibility of ordering one in. In the end we decided to look at a used 2015 and went forward with that deal. Asked about the price of the warranty, salesman said he had no idea (he’d been there for over 2 years at this point, so should’ve had a ballpark number). I would be embarrassed to have an employee with that level of experience not know such a basic piece of information. Upon arriving to sign the paperwork for that vehicle (not a single piece of paper had been signed at this point) the payment had increased significantly (almost 60%) so we told them we no longer wanted to proceed. At this point we were told that it was a problem as the vehicle had been registered to us already (which wasn’t possible as I hadn’t signed anything). I asked the financial person (Michael) why there were different rates listed on the financial agreement. He said he didn’t understand the documentation that the bank sends over. I did. I have a Bachelor of Commerce. I know how finance agreements work. The whole point of me asking was to see what he would tell me. He is either unfit for the position if he doesn’t understand how the different rates listed work or he lied. In the end, the price got back to where we wanted it and we took it. The vehicle itself is fantastic, but it felt like a much more adversarial experience than I am used to and as such, I will go elsewhere for future vehicle needs.

The staff was friendly and respectful. There was flexibility to accommodate my schedule and all my questions were answered. I feel that I was provided with sound advice and the final documents signage and delivery of the car were effective and smooth
