Poor organization

I’ve been waiting for 22 days to hear back about my steering wheel being fixed. I was told this would get done when I purchased the vehicle. I’ve contacted my salesperson and all I m told is that they’re waiting to here back from Honda.

This is ridiculous, multiple choice survey would have been much more acceptable. My experience was good, got the car I wanted, love the car, don't care for the survey but the service and explanation and run down of the car was great.

Dylan and the team listened to our requests and wwas able to find the perfect vehicle for us that accomodated our lifestyle and recreational activities. All the technology was thoroughly explained to us prior to leaving the dealership. Every conversation was focused on client first and explained well from leasing to technology in a positive and respectful manner. We look forward to ongoing business with Winnipeg Honda.
