Appointment to repair factory defect on seat

I made my appointment, was early, waited over an hour from when my appointment started and was told i would have to come back because some of the parts had arrived for the repair on the seat but the “rings” were not in stock and would have to be ordered. I was told someone would call me but I still have not heard when the parts are coming . Now i have to phone the dealership to inquire and make another appointment.

I took my Ridgeline in for two recalls. The appointments for the work and for the shuttle to take me to work went well and my truck was ready when I was told it would be ready. A very smooth operation.
