the last service that i got was great. the service advisor was polite and prifessional.my concern was the previous maintenance service prior to that. i got a call from ron garcia who was the manager in the service department at that time and he told me to call him directly to book the next appointment to make sure that i will be booked with a better service advisor. so that was the one i did then. got his voicemail and left a message and he NEVER returned my call at all. whatever happened to his commitment that he will take care of my next booking for the maintenance service. i am just really disappointed with the way they do business now. not the same experience that i had before when i got the first vehicle with the same dealership. the only reason i am doing my maintenanve service with winnipeg honda is because of the warranty coverage.

had our 2012 CRV in for service on Nov 13/17. The visit before this one, I had asked to investigate what was causing a screeching noise when we used our hands free cell phone in the car. It was determined the microphone needed to be replaced. I asked them to fix it and have my extended warranty to cover it. They came back to me that my “bumper to bumper” warranty would not cover it. I asked them not to fix it. After my Nov 13/17 visit, I asked my service representative to have the person in charge of warranties to call me and explain to me why my “bumper to bumper” warranty wouldn’t cover the replacement of the microphone. Michael Goodpeser (I probably have the spelling wrong), called me and I explained to him my situation. He said he would call me back. I haven’t heard from Michael since that first call. I called him on November 28/17 and left a message, but still haven’t heard back. I’m not happy with this lack of service and I’m not happy my “bumper to bumper” warranty won’t cover my microphone. I bought the extended warranty because I was told it would cover EVERYTHING except maintenance items. A new microphone is not a maintenance item. We have bought our last 3 new cars from Winnipeg Honda and have all of them completely serviced by Winnipeg Honda. We have purchased a 2001 CRV, 2007 FIT abd a 2012 CRV. We will be in the market for a new car in 2018 and was thinking of purchasing a 2018 Pilot. I will not come back to Winnipeg Honda if I’m not taken care of on this warranty item. tire change - summer to winter. possible oil change but not needed - transmission flush . appt. made I was there on time and dealt with quickly while I browsed the new cars. friendly service good coffee. the entire experience was painless. thankyou

the service people were quick and efficient in correcting the problem. I bought the car during the summer when the block heater was not needed. It could have been like that when I purchased the car. I was glad that I identified the problem before the weather got colder.
