poor followup after the service

the service was ok and the maintainance was fast enough. but after i did the maintainance my remote starter stop working and i phoned your service and you transfered me to some different phones multiple times and at last you transfered me to nissan...

Nothing done I requested

Called . Asked for a service check. Asked if I had any concerns. I said the breaks. Waited 3 weeks for an apt because I required shuttle that I didn't end up needing or using. Paid for a break check in the end. Van wasn't looked over.
