Disappointed!

Got our car oil change and winter tires replaced. The service department lost one of the studs for the tire, and the oil was also leaking afterwards. They made us make another appointment for putting the stud on our tire because apparently it was "not in stock". When I went back for oil leakage check-up in the morning, I was told it'll only take half an hour but it ended up taking 2 hours and made me super late for work. I was very disappointed as they didn't value my time, because I didn't mind them working on my car all day, but if they were honest about how long it was actually going to take, I would have just used their shuttle service and get to work on time, instead of wasting 2 hours sitting there. All of this wouldn't have happened if they just did their job properly the first time!
