I was helped out upon arriving, all my questions and concerns were answered, very respectful and helpful, helped me find the right car for my needs, stayed late to get all the paperwork done so I could take the car the next day, checked up on me after I had the car. Very good experience.

It was a very positive experience, you kept it simple for an older gentlemen. The only advise I would give would be to stop discussing financing options when you know the customer is going to pay cash.

The salesperson that served to me was great but after he went for personal business on my delivery date: - My car delivered to me almost 2 hours late from promised time. - there was a paint defect on the back. - interior lights doesn’t work(I noticed this a day after delivery) - Engine block heater isn’t assembled. My salesperson said he will take care of the problems and we are scheduling but this is Honda’s most advanced and expensive vehicle so they should have checked better.
