This is ridiculous, multiple choice survey would have been much more acceptable. My experience was good, got the car I wanted, love the car, don't care for the survey but the service and explanation and run down of the car was great.

Dylan and the team listened to our requests and wwas able to find the perfect vehicle for us that accomodated our lifestyle and recreational activities. All the technology was thoroughly explained to us prior to leaving the dealership. Every conversation was focused on client first and explained well from leasing to technology in a positive and respectful manner. We look forward to ongoing business with Winnipeg Honda.

The entire car purchasing experience was dreadful. When I picked up my brand new honda accord on Friday at 10:30 am the speakers were not working. I did not even drive off the lot and immediately pulled into the service garage. Instead of taking a look right away I was told to come back an hour and a half later. I came back and dropped my vehicle off at 1:00 pm but was not givenn a shuttle ride until 1:40 pm which caused me to be late for work. I was then told it would be 5 days before the problem would be fixed but I was not offered a courtesy vehicle. I came back on monday and dropped of my vehicle. Instead of being offered an apology and a solution to the major inconvenice caused by having to keep returning to the dealership the manager Pier Chiappetta argued with me that the pre delivery inspection was performed properly and took zero accountability for his dealerships mistake. The same day I returned my vehicle to Crown Winnipeg Honda i purchased $15 worth of water from Corpelle's and was thanked for my business and wished a good day. It is pathetic that I received better treatment spending $15 buying water than I did $26,000 leasing a new vehicle. I will not be returning to this dealership as a customer and will make a point of letting other know how poor my experience with Crown Winnipeg Honda was.

too many same time appt's and waited again for 2 hours to get winter tires put on need to streamline the process for actual booked appt's /drive up appt's
