The service department employee does the work very efficiently. But the parts department made me go the location twice for no use. They are not helpful at all. Even the manager didn't help. Parts delivery have to make sure they do the process in the right way. I wasted two weeks believing that they will make it right. Worst service. I should have given 0 star if that is an option. I made my appointment, was early, waited over an hour from when my appointment started and was told i would have to come back because some of the parts had arrived for the repair on the seat but the “rings” were not in stock and would have to be ordered. I was told someone would call me but I still have not heard when the parts are coming . Now i have to phone the dealership to inquire and make another appointment.
