Car purchase

I bought a car. Got it for the price advertised. One week later I noticed a couple of exterior lights were not working, they were replaced at no cost to me (as should have been part of safety inspection). I liked the prompt service and friendly car dealer and assistants.

Still having issues

August 25, 2017

Originally I came to you to replace a blown out tire which we replaced. Shortly after the warring tire pressure light came on so I came back. A different tire was repaired because of a nail.. I spend vacation on the Lake and the light came on during one of my short trips to the store. I checked the tires and all pressures were the same . OK I reset the light. Just yesterday on my way to work the light was eliminated again. So check pressures with same result, pressures equal and OK . Should I be happy about ongoing issue ? Staff was friendly and I had no issue , maybe concentrating on getting positive feedback then working on issues. My tire replacement bill showed a higher tire price than the price I was quoted earlier. Price was corrected. Such issues undermine the trustworthiness of the dealership. I'm asking my self is it a practice to bring in customers by quoting low and charge higher "maybe it get not noticed" , or if I don't get parts quotation first I get charged the higher price because I don't know better? Who knows. I selected the dealer over the local tire store because I believed there experience even so price was slightly higher.

I have gone to this dealership for 7 years and will never be returning. In the last year they have behaved so unprofessionally it's like a Faulty Towers skit. I had so many terrible experiences that the dealership assigned me a personal customer service rep. to apologize for their horrible service. The rep had no idea who I was, why I was calling or how I got his number! He took days to return my calls it was unbelievably stupid. I've been directly lied to by this location, repeatedly not called back, had mistakes they made put onto my warranty, had my 2 Honda's mixed up, had my name and phone number changed without my permission and been advised by their own staff that management is crooked. If you want to spend 4 weeks and 12 phone calls trying to get a free recall apt for the wrong car - this is your dealership. Just remember, when you're car is done, they still won't call you.
