Mr. Xavier Smith is a consummate professional and a very patient individual who made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle rewarding. We visited the Honda dealership one afternoon and were immediate turned off after a worker (who was at the counter) said “we are closed” in an impolite manner. Fortunately, Michael (Finance Manager) came outside, introduced us to Xavier and transformed a less than stellar experience into a positive one. Xavier was always patient, genuine and provided the customer satisfaction one would expect when making large purchases. Thank you Xavier and we wish you all the best in your career.

It was confusing when we returned to purchase the car that a part had been removed from it for another vehicle. That meant a new part had to be ordered for the car we wanted to purchase which caused a delay in the whole process.

see above Car was brought in for an estimate of damage to door. It was fast turn around but was not happy that they said it will take 5-6 working days to complet the repairs. We had a 'real' accident where they had to replace parts etc and it only took 4 days.

I came in for an oil change and they didn't tighten the bolts underneath my car afterwards and the sheeting protecting the engine fell off and cracked. I had to bring my car in for another appointment and they also charged me for the sheeting that was cracked. So basically I took my car in for an oil change, Honda service screwed up, and then they proceeded to charge me for the damages they caused. So i'm quite unimpressed with the service.

I called in for warranty on my car due to faulty gas cap error. The rep did not mention I needed the fault code to be active when going to the dealer. The gas cap error was intermittent. Time and fuel was wasted when going to the dealership. The rep at the dealership did not even entertain my concern and just focused on the fault code activity.

Mechanical matters attended to reasonably well but lack of attention to special request for assistance on GPS matters unsatisfactory. Matter now resolved through other means.
