Came in for an oil change, service was good as usual. Was advised of a recall which had to be taken care of immediately but didn't have the part. Rental car provided, satisfied with the service.

Poor repair job

Took my Honda SUV to repair some weather stripping that was falling off and causing a lot of dust to come into the vehicle. This was the second time for the same problem. It still isn't fixed so will have to return for the 3rd time. Live 240 miles from Honda dealer so not too impressed.

New car acquisition

Bot a new RAV 4 (great vehicle) but salesman did not explain that I could have received a $1,000 rebate by paying cash and as well there is a payment at the end of three years when the lease expires...getting a 2% discount from the sticker price was not a very good deal either and I felt hurried to sign a lease and complete the deal...the lease agreement was poorly worded as well and I pointed that our when I completed a survey a while ago
