From start to finish in -30 C, the entire staff (from the poor mechanic) who installed the new battery in our car, made our buying experience at SMP very enjoyable. The service we received was top notch and the salesman was very knowledgeable. I purchased my first vehicle from SMP in 2004 and it was nice to see their attention to detail has not changed. special thanks to Ben and Steve for making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our purchase. I will definitely be visiting them again when it is time for another vehicle

Purchased our vehicle a few days ago, and Kris Kormos was our salesman. From start to finish he and the rest of the staff were terrific to deal with. No pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. Kris went above and beyond in looking after us, and I would recommend him if you are looking to buy something new or used. Thanks SMP/ Kris

I want to give a zero star to stacy harder This guy wants me to delete this review Service department ripped me.. charged me for synthetic oil change and put in conventional oil. And oil change reminder for 5000 kms I called back twice and asked Staff doesn't really care 👎👎👎👎 After this review a guy claiming himself boss phoned me. Arguing we recommend 5000 kms for synthetic oil life Are you really that stupid Or think the people are. Worst place to go for any kind of service Only thing smp cares about is 5star review on google Guy get working and train your people better Update I was there recently to get a weird sound looked up in my car They wanted me to delete review To which i refused And they refused to service my vehicle Childish

Hi Simran, We have looked into your repair order, and you did receive a synthetic oil change on November 18 when you came in for service. Our standard recommended interval is 6,000kms or 3 months for oil changes and that is why you received a reminder call to book an oil change. Further to this, we delivered your vehicle for your convenience to your workplace – we do not offer a delivery service for our customers, however, we were able to accommodate you. We are sorry that you feel this way, as we always strive for customer satisfaction; it is unfortunate that you are unhappy with our service based off of the recommended interval for oil changes, rather than the quality service that we provided.
