When buying my vehicle the experience was great. Any questions or concerns they solve without a problem. They wanted a 5 star review But now that I own the vehicle they don’t care about answering calls,fixing little things that should’ve been fixed before I got the vehicle. Took it to the service centre and body shop this morning and it sat in their service bay for 8 1/2 hours and not one single thing was done to it other than plastic on the steering wheel. Neither the service centre or the body shop had a clue what was going on... not what you expected from a “5” star dealership...

Hi Tyson, I see you have an appointment to bring your vehicle in tomorrow. I am sure we will have no problem addressing your concerns. Please keep in mind that a pre-owned vehicle may have very minor cosmetic issues that are normal. Having said that, I would, however, like you to see me when you come in so that I may personally review your concerns. At SMP our Service and Sales teams work closely in order to resolve customer concerns quickly and to full satisfaction. I am looking forward to seeing you. Michael Kocsis, Assistant Service Manager.

It was awesome to get in and out of there in good time with another new vehicle, I recommend Randy to handle all of your vehicle needs, that guy is precise and connects well with his customers. Shout out to Saskatoon motor products. Keep up the good work guys.

Just picked up my new truck a cpl days ago and I couldn’t be happier with the service I got the entire time dealing with them, Shival, the salesmen and all the other staff made my purchase very fun and easy, Would reccomend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle!
