Now this part is annoying, if you want positive feedback do not ask customers to fill in additional info and count the words required! This should be my choice, not yours!

I'm from out of town and had developed a shudder on the way. I was on the spot having to return home the next day and somehow they managed to fit me in to an already packed schedule. They sorted out the problem and my car was ready to go before I was and the staff was, as always, wonderful, pleasant, and clear. I bought the car there and I will again. I love Palladino Honda.

Car in for "A" Service. Greeted in parking lot by valet parking gentlemen. Very friendly. Went inside to register car for confirmed appointment. Arranged for shuttle pick up for 3:00 pm. At 2:50 pm received a phone call from Honda that my car wasn't ready yet, actually not even in garage yet and I will have to wait a bit when I get there. Ok. Picked up at 3:00 pm. Did not like shuttle driver. Pulled out of parking lot and cut off 3 lanes of traffic. Scared the $&@! Out of me. He wasn't friendly, he wasn't unfriendly. Was grossing me out, checking out his finger nails and then proceeding to bite them every chance he had. Did not feel safe with his driving. Got to Honda and had to wait almost another hour before my car was ready. Staff was super awesome. That was a saving factor. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes - half hour, but not a total of 1.5 hrs. From time I was picked up by shuttle till the time my car was ready. And I've had a lot of shuttle drivers, because I use that service all the time, but this one really turned me off and feel uncomfortable with his driving. I do love Honda vehicles, this is our third one, and I push Honda to all my friends and family when they are looking for a new car.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient.. we used the shuttle service while we waited.. the driver was friendly and on time. It was our first experience with your business and it was a pleasant experience

Despite being a large dealer it has been my experience that they not offer the best prices. They are particularly bad with tradeins.

Service Advisor were very professional and provided the service very promptly. I did not have to wait for the transportation service in the morning and the same for my return to the car dealership.

This is my second vehicle I have purchased from palladino Honda, my first was in 2015 when I purchased a Honda Civic, this time, due to our car being totalled in an accident we decided to shop around. But the experience we had the first time made us go back to honda again. If there is ever a next time, I am going straight to Honda no shopping around. Andrew was amazing, answered all our questions, and Denis was great too!!!!

Service completed in advertised time. No surprises. Everything explained in detail and to my satisfaction. Only downer was trying to find parking upon arrival.
