A red light was on and I brought my Civic into the dealership. The staff were out of this world! They couldn't do enough for me. They are sincere honest people who truly care ... and it shows. It was just before the long weekend and parts had to be ordered from Toronto. You could tell that they respected each other's experience and expertise. They worked as a Team. ... no egos. Just watching and listening to them quietly problem solve with my best interest at heart ... was eye opening. They loaned me a car for the weekend ... The parts came in Wed. and my car was ready and waiting for me before noon. Bravo Palladino Staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Sincerely, Polly

Shuttle service was great and a vital part of my experience. The cost to change and store winter tires is too high. Should not be be more than $50.
