They changed all the burnt lights on my 2008 Honda Pilot on the dash to the left lower left side of steering column. 4 altogether..

I think you should stop dealing with whoever does your bodywork because they really aren't very detail oriented . . .

It took many returns to the dealership and parts took long to come in and to get a call back but service worker is always very nice and understanding!

Oil change with transmission flush.

I'm not sure if a transmission flush is really needed, they suggested it so I accepted, hopefully it will prolong the life of it. It was quick, very professional, respectful, the person we dealt with was knowledgeable about the procedure. She was also wearing a nice smile. So, it was good.

Service for air bag recall. Nice Valet service. Nice staff. BUT, quality of repair work is not known at this time. There is no visual access to repair shop.

No issues with Dan. However it took 2 hours for an oil change, customers should not have to wait 2 hours for this service especially since an appointment was made at 1230 to guarantee the vehicle will be brought in right away. This will definitely deter me from getting work done at Palladino.
