J'avais amené ma voiture à la suite d'un rappel pour un coussin gonflable défectueux dans la voiture. Ce coussin gonflable a été remplacé et la clé abimée de ma voiture a été remplacée. L'histoire de la clé : j'avais apporté ma 2e clé chez Honda, quelques semaines au paravant pour remplacer la pile, car la première clé que j'utilisais était brisée. Après le remplacement de la pile, cette 2e clé a été mal refermée et je devais la faire tenir par un ruban adhésif. Lorsque j'ai posé ce problème, hier, à Tamara, elle a été très compréhensive et est allée voir le manager pour lui expliquer la situation. Finalement, Honda m'a offert une nouvelle clé en remplacement de celle qui avait été mal refermée. Je suis donc très satisfaite des services qui m'ont été offerts hier, par Tamara mais aussi par l'équipe des techniciens qui ont travaillé sur la coupe de la nouvelle clé. Excellente expérience !

Being cancelled the day of my appointment due to a shortage in parts is not acceptable.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks prior to my scheduled visit and was assured the warranty parts would be in. The evening prior to my appointment I was advised that the parts did not arrive. An appointment should not be scheduled on the assumption that the parts will be in. The visit itself was fine, but this is the second time this has happened to me, and as a first time Honda customer, I am not feeling reassured.

The recommended repairs were found to be unnecessary when I brought the car to be checked at a different garage.

The recommended repairs to my vehicle which would have cost $1500+ were found to be unnecessary when I brought my vehicle to local a reputable garage. They were in disbelief as so was I that palladino Honda would have attempted to replace components which were not damaged and which were still in good form. Many of the people I have spoken with about this situation have suggested that I report the case to the better business bureau.

Oil change took longer than promised

I was told that drop off was at 5 pm and pickup was at 5:45. I was there by 5 pm, but the car wasn't ready until 6:10 pm. 25 minutes may not sound like much, but I had other plans that evening, and I felt rushed getting to my event.
