Have had nothing but good experiences dealing with Palladino. This is what warranty coverage should be like - highly recommend (I don't give 5 stars to anyone - so this is tops for me)

I was there for a little less than an hour and the lady who took care of me that day made sure that I was on time because I had other appointments after the oil change and she was wonderful.

My experience was great. Fixed the passenger air bag that was on recall. Also provided me headsup reagrding components needing to be addressed in the near future, which was very much appreciated.

Palladino Honda in Sudbury took care of the faulty air bag issue in a timely manner. On the day of my service appointment, they provided a very helpful shuttle service to and from my workplace so I didn't lose any valuable time waiting or incur an additional expense for a taxi.

The staff was courteous and professional. When I returned to my vehicle, the problem had corrected itself, and the map lights worked as designed. The technician’s recommendation to change the map light assembly will be shelved for the time being, until I see if the problem returns.
