All went well. I was under the impression it would take a half hr for the oil change, not an hr. Every one was polite and friendly. The appt began on time. Thanks! Appreciate the prompt service.

Line, thank you for your feedback about your recent visit with our service department! When a customer comes in for an oil change we usually quote between 45 minutes to 1 hour for an oil change as we also complete a multi-point inspection on the vehicle. While waiting for your vehicle in our service department we offer a free shuttle service in addition to a comfortable waiting area with televisions, computers, free wifi and complementary beverages :)

I went in for a airbag recall. They were ready for my vehicle at the scheduled time and was ready for me to pick it up at the time she told me it would be ready. I like punctuality and friendly service. I received both.

The passenger side air bag was replaced because of a re-call letter we got from Honda. They did the work on time.

I was in the dealership today to pick up my husbands 2014 civic si that was getting some regular maintenance and went over to look at the new 2017 Pilot for myself. It wasn't in the show room. There was two sales men standing around having a conversation about god knows what so I asked the one guy (interrupting their banter) if they had one I could look at. He said "yup, it's outside. I'll unlock it from here and you can look" pointed to where the vehicle was and went back to his conversation with the other guy. I looked at the vehicle for a good 6-10 minutes and the sales man, or anyone for that matter, never came out. Now maybe it's just me, but, last time I checked that's not how you sell cars. I couldn't believe how this young man decided to interact with a potential buyer. Just because of this experience, and a couple other experiences with the service department, I don't think Palladino Honda will be on the top of my list for shopping.

I had the same thing happen to me when I went in. I said I was interested in seeing a pilot and wanted info on them, the salesman said oh we don't have any and won't for months, then walked away. I stood there thinking he would come back with pricing or a brochure or something.....nope just kept right on walking.

Oil change was done and I had asked them to check the TPMS light. it had come on recently. Service was done, they were very busy that day but managed to perform service in a timely manner. TPMS light was still on. Have to return to Palladino to get it reset.

Brought my Pilot in to get winters switched to summers. The service department was very quick. The valet service was nice with the small lot and the hot coffee was nice as well!!
