Service advisors displayed professional conduct. I would like to commend them, however they said they were unable to authorize discounts. It sure would give me more incentive and make me feel better about being a loyal customer if something was offered on the big ticket repairs. Would it be possible to offer a senior's discount or a loyalty discount especially if I have to have repairs every two weeks. Who could I talk to about that?

The service was excellent, work done in a timely manner. A car jockey met me in the parking lot, an added service, I appreciated.

Replacement of airbag. The staff and facilities were all very good and efficient completing their duties. Only issue was the timing in completion of the work.

Jayson was very helpful. He was great at explaining the car features. I could not have been happier with the way he presented the civic. This is my first Honda but it will not be my last. Jayson is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I would have no problem with dealing with him again.

Oil change for warranty coverage. The only issue is with the seating/waiting area. But I did get to sit at one of the computers and in no time at all the car was ready to go.

Serpentine belt, maintenance minder 3, replaced transmission fluid, replace rack and pinion, wheel alignment. $2028.06 later. Excellent service. But would have liked a free car wash for that amount or a free alignment..
