The service is respectful and friendly. Great reception area, with access to coffee and beverages. My only complaint is the wait for the shuttle, although I do understand the limitations and the amount of people that require transportation to work...

the whole experience was easy - from drop off to pick up (I used the coffee machine, took the shuttle, and wasn't late for work!) Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I LOVE the street lights at the entrance, making my drive into the lot safe and worry-free. MIssing: I used to leave my Toyota all day for an oil change and a car wash. It was part of my routine. Honda doesn't have the car wash availability. My new CRV volume button broke off (stuck to my finger) and I couldn't get it fixed...apparently it will cost 4-5OOO$ dollars to fix it (by replacing the entire monitor/dvd/etc.) that is Ridiculous!!! Good thing the part is on warantee - but that's a huge waste of HONDA's money and of my time since I"ll have to return and leave my car for the day...still haven't heard back when this will happen. Over a week.

Honda was very helpful on getting the car towed into the shop. Had it all day but ended up delivering the car back home afterwards!!

Tamara is always pleasant,friendly and helpful. A noise from under the hood turned out to be snow up in my engine due to a missing skid plate. My 2016 Civic was fixed in a efficient and timely manner and I was even brought in the back to see what was wrong with my car. Great service all around from the service advisors to the techs that work on your car. I'll definetly buy another Honda. Thanks Tamara for your great service.
