Automatic transmisson fluid change okay Air bag repair- 3 nuts & 4" x 6" plastic plate left lying on the floor - returned 2 days later to solve issue.

Wait times

The only complaint I have is the wait time for servicing. It seems 2 to 3 hours is the normal wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

Screwed on warranty

I have an extended warranty for my car. Magically, when I go to get my hatchback fixed, it turns out that the piece that needs fixing is the only part of the hatchback that isn't covered under the extended warranty - very convenient for Honda! Did anyone at the dealership explain that the warranty only cover select parts? Not a chance.

low tire pressure notice.

I called to see why that notice didn't go away after my tires were filled by my son. They said to come in and they would reset the gauge. I only had to wait about 30 minutes to have it done, (and it was such short notice). They had also noticed that my rim was bent and it was probably causing the tire to leak. The rim was also fixed.
