Regular Service Appointment and Recalls

As usual I was greeted promptly and pleasantly and offered use of their clean and stocked guest refreshment centre and waiting area. It wasn't more than 10 minutes before the customer shuttle took me home. I was picked up at the exact time promised and returned to Palladino to pick up my vehicle. Everything was in order and I was on my way quickly. Excellent experience! Thank you.

Rob did a fantastic job finding me a great car for a great price. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Rob for anyone's car buying needs at Palladio Honda.

To be honest I was sure I was going to buy my vehicle at Northern Honda in North Bay. As my previous experience at Palladino Honda was not great. I figured I might as well stop do my due diligence and see. Well I was extremely surprised how great the service from the salesman Jayson was, he was patient, he took his time with me and I thought he was honest. Definitely would recommend.

My salesman at palladino honda was excellent. took me for a test drive.. I didn't even need to drive the car.. I was impressed the minute i sat down.. Me & my daughter are enjoying the new wheels.. thanks.. great service .. I like it..

Rob is professional and respectful, and so easy to talk to. His approach was cordial and relaxed; he listened to me, was attentive to my needs, and never was pushy.
