Love everyone in this clinic. They make me feel welcome and important. Dr. Matt is the best at listening to your issues and explaining what he is doing to help you. Highly recommend them.

First time in my life at this place , Really happy with Dr. Methew and his staff. They are so friendly and always ready to help you. Dr. Mathew always ready to explain and will brief all the steps to follow a happy stress free life. I would really recommend if any one looking for cairopractor.

The Healthy Family team is second to none! They truly care about their patients and do everything possible to ensure you are living your best life. Dr Matt takes chiropractic care to the next level with in house digital X-rays, regular progress reports and a comprehensive care plan. Dr Matt and his team are amazing with both adults and kids. Highly recommend The Healthy Family for wellness care in Milton. They truly are the best!

Dr Matthew Posa and his team do a fantastic job. They really involve you in understanding your own progress. I was skeptical at first, but they really opened my eyes. I have been going here for about 10 months now, and I'm in a lot less pain in general. I've been getting sick less, and sleep much better. Highly recommend!

I was introduced to Dr.Matt in March 2017. After a car accident in 2007 I was left with chronic back pain. I tried physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, active release acupuncture, osteopathy, and pain medication. Lots of pain medication. All of it resulted in minor, temporary relief. I was finally referred to a pain management clinic. Where they talked about more medication!!! I was basically told "suck it up buttercup." I didn't want more medication because of the effect it has on the body. After seeing Dr Matt and getting me on a schedule I was able to sleep through the night without pain, I get out of my vehicle and have no pain. This is all new for me. I have even started to run again. This has been a life changer. The staff, Dr. Matt, Dr. Denise, Lisa and Jasna I have unconditional Gratitude for all of you.

I met Dr. Matt in April of 2016 at the Milton Home Show. I walked by his booth and he looked so lonely so I went in and spoke to him. He took a quick picture of my spine and explained chiropactic care. I just loved what he had to say. He then advised that I could attend at his office and receive an assessment which included xrays, an information session wherein he explained more about chiropractic care. I have been to a couple of chiropractors in my lifetime but have never been so well informed about chiropractic care. I was blown away. I then received the results of my assessment. I then decided to give it a shot. The best decision of my life. I feel so much better and posture has improved. No more back issues. After 6 months of treatment, Dr. Matt takes another xray so you actually get to see how your spine is improving. Added bonus when you get to see the results for yourself. After a short period of time you are given a roll to lie on which is great to use in between adjustments. The majority of people only attend a chiropractor when they are experiencing pain. When they feel better they stop treatment. Chiropractic care does not work that way. The question is why wait until you experience pain to go to chiropractor when it could to be too late? Why not have a healthy spine and avoid all kinds of health issues, not only back pain. I have never in my life met anyone that comes even close to Dr. Matt. He truly cares and loves each and every one of his patients. You can really feel it. His staff is amazing as well and so friendly. They all make you feel so welcome as you enter the office and throughout your entire visit. Dr. Matt and his staff decorate the office at Easter, Halloween and you have to see Christmas. Such a nice touch which again makes you feel like you are part of the family. Dr. Matt goes above and beyond the call of duty on everything he does. He has an annual Patient Appreciation BBQ, pizza dinners where you can bring a friend where they will be informed on the benefits of chiropractic care. He is trying to spread the benefits of chiropractic care to everyone as much as he can. There are so many negatives comments out there about chiropractors posted by people who have no idea what they are talking about. God bless you Dr. Matt for everything you do for your patients. God put you on this earth to help people and you are doing more than that. I am so blessed that we have crossed paths in this crazy world and needless to say so glad I attended the Milton Home Show. Love you and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. You are the best!
