Purchased a new jeep for my wife

This was my wife's first experience buying a vehicle. She was very happy with our saleswoman Ann. She made this experience a absolute delight. We received a fare trade for our old vehicle and would recommend Provincial Chrysler to anyone looking for a great deal on a new vehicle.

It was one of the easiest, pleasant buying experience's my wife and I have ever had! No pressure, and great service. Well worth our time. We have never bought new before, but we were walked through it, and treated very respectfully by everyone we spoke with, especially Dave.

I purchased my first car through Dave Conen. I got the 2016 Jeep Cherokee and couldn't be more happier. He took the time to show me all my options while still being mindful of my budget. I was able to purchase a car that fit my needs, and with his help it made the process much easier. He was always available to answer my questions no matter what time of the day it was. Rob was great. It was as if We'd been friends for years. The process itself took longer than I would have liked, though Rob was courteous and assured me the entire time I had to wait that everything was on the up and up. Mr. Derby made the experience a pleasant one for my wife and I. We will most definitely be coming back to see him.

sales lady anne was great. the service department was the worst that I have dealt with. told me that they aligned vehicle and I took it to another place to check and it was out. the service manager told me it was ok. they refused to fix steering that was a safety item
