When our old Pilot finally packed it in after 10 years and more the 300,000km, we got in touch with Orangeville Honda to see what Honda currently has on offer. David Osbourne (Sales), Haley Langford (Financial Services) and James Cooke (Sales Manager) were professional, well-informed and exceptionally helpful. From accurate delivery dates to competitive financing, the team worked seamlessly to get us the perfect vehicle. We have our new Pilot and are looking forward to another decade of solid Honda reliability.

Our family's 4th vehicle from Orangeville Honda. The service gets better and better. Kudos to our amazing sales consultant Kim who reached out to me with end of lease options and was able to get me into a brand new vehicle with minimal increase in cost. She regularly reaches out, even post sale, to make sure I'm happy and comfortable in my new vehicle. Special mention also to Tim in Service who I've been dealing with for years. Thus was by far my best experience buying a used car. Even after the car was purchased I didn't feel abandoned they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.

I came in for an oil change. I was greeted promptly when I came in. Everything was explained to me about the service and cost. I was offered a coffee. Everyone was friendly, service was quick. I love Orangeville Honda because the staff there is so nice and friendly.

Was in for air bag recall.The service was good-was driven home then picked up when vehicle was ready.Technician ran into a snag last minute-so i was driven home again.My vehicle was finally dropped off an hour later.the customer service person apologized-did the best she could under the circumstances.
