Very detailed knowledgeable salesman. Food and fun area for the children to explore and avoid the adults talking. Didn't feel pressure.

View ProfileI did like the sales side. The only issue was the CRV wasn't cleaned. we were asked to bring it in early to be cleaned. when you buy a car new or used it's always clean.

Just the cleanliness of the car when we picked it up. Our son inlaw took it in early for an oil change and the sales person said it would be cleaned.

I'm generally not a fan of car dealerships as I am often made to feel uncomfortable with the traditional sales tactics used by most car salesman. Maybe that's just an unfair stereotype of the industry but it has been my experience so far, until I visited Orangeville Honda. Right from my very first visit to the dealership all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did whatever they could to make our visit enjoyable. Dave was extremely helpful and helped us pick a vehicle and model that suited our needs perfectly. I had never done a lease before so he spent the time to go through every detail of it until I fully understood how it all worked. Through the entire process of trading in the old vehicle, to lease financing and to picking up the new one the whole process was flawless and surprisingly simple. I would highly recommend Dave and Orangeville Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Perfect department service, friendly, reasonably priced, overall we recommended Orangeville Honda for all your vehicle needs. We had our 2015 Civic serviced there just recently and were very happy and to top it off they even washed the car included in the servicing! Thank you Orangeville Honda!

From booking the app't for regular maintenance to having the work done, staff were friendly, and professional. My father-in-law had to take the car for me. They provided shuttle service. They also installed the all-season tires for me! Amd all at a very competitive price! Ver satisfied with the service.
