Courteous Staff & Fresh coffee

Your staff are always courteous. I also enjoy the fresh coffee while I'm there and when I can't stay for the coffee, its nice to be driven back and forth between home and the dealership. Thank you.

Greated in a friendly polite manner imediately upon entering the dealership. All questions were answered clearly. The best automotive purchase experience I have had in Canada in the 48 years I have been purchasing cars.

Picked up my used 2012 Honda Civic on a Saturday following my test drive, Shane accommodated my busy schedule as pick ups are usually not allowed on the weekend. The appointment ended up being an hour late and the car was still not finished being detailed at that time. I was offered a free car wash instead of waiting the hour it would take to finish. In the mean time another salesman ended up finishing up the detailing himself and pulled the car up for me. I was so pleased that the team stepped in to get me on my way! Once I got the vehicle home I noticed the cabin filter had not been changed as per the certification process. I emailed Shane and he sent me a new cabin filter with a bonus engine filter, all free of charge. Though there were a few hiccups throughout the process I felt the team more than made up for it. Thank you, I'm enjoying my car!

Scheduled maintenance was done by courteous staff. Car was ready when promised. Invoice was reasonable. Digital display should be returned to how it was when car went in for service.

Welcoming and really able to listen to the customers concerns. Also friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and payment options. No pressure to buy just a genuine 'want' to make the customer comfortable with the purchase.
