We bought a Pilot last year through Shane at Orangeville Honda who went above and way beyond in getting us our vehicle when we needed a vehicle after our previous car died.Dealing with Shane was great and very easy.Between text/emails back and forth, we were able to discuss and pick out certain options and accessories. When our other vehicle needed to be replaced, I started texting back and forth with Shane about buying a slightly used car. We finally went in to see a certain vehicle and didn't really "like it" but just through talking with Shane and saying how we liked a certain color, Shane showed us a different car which we fell in love with! I have already recommended Orangeville Honda and dealing with Shane Lynch and will surely do it again!

Very accommodating in the pick up and return of vehicle. Calling with work order before work done was appreciated. Appeared all was okay with tires after rotation and valve sensor replaced.. However one tire continues to loose air pressure and my air conditioning is on the fritz. So with respect to being satisfied I would have to say I am concerned about my 2010 Honda Odyssy as there always seems to be something wrong with it. I will have to have it looked at again in the very near future.

Made two visits to Orangeville Honda while car shopping. On first visit, met Kim who was very pleasant to deal with. No pressure tactics, helpful, and knowledgable. Second visit was a scheduled appt. with Kim. Upon our arrival, Kim was busy with prior appt. customers but we were immediately assisted by other sales associates. Ian, Shane, and James all helped us by getting us a test drive car, answering questions and making sure we were comfortable until Kim was available to meet with us. Truly a team effort.

My sales person - Kim was very professional. She did not attempt to pressure me to buy something I didn't want. The whole buying process was efficient and quick. I will deal with them again in the future.
