Winter tires to be taken off and summers put on, vehicle dropped off the night before for early appointment.

Vehicle was not completed by end of day and service rep. Asked if it could stay overnight and get done next day, agreed as no choice. And then wasn’t completed until noon and the price was higher than quoted when appointment made. Rep. Did adjust the bill when I explained, so happy with that, but not time involved in a simple tire removal, and summer tires put on.

The entire appointment was just excellent. Despite having been told that the appointment might take all day, I was 'fast tracked' by Kara and so appreciated that in light of living out of town and this Pandemic. She was very welcoming as always and very specific about any concerns that I had. It was a very positive, efficient appointment. Thank you Kara and Palladino Honda.

The tires were changed on my CRV. I like coming in to chat with the staff now and then. They're like friends to me. Very helpful, reliable and friendly people.
