The tiles and caulking in our tub/shower were catching water and causing lots of mould that we couldn't get rid of. It was gross and Bath Fitter came to the rescue. Out with the old tiles and in with a brand new wall. It's brightened up our whole bathroom and the mould is long gone. The customer service, install process and follow-up were all top notch. Chandler was friendly, efficient and respectful of our home. We couldn't be happier!

The service was great, pleased with the job, but don't like the soap dish, even though we requested it, find its kind of in the what, wondering if it could be removed. Ron, the installer, was very pleasant and seems to take pride n his work.

Did a great job of putting tub in except left indents on my floor from equipments and couple marks on my gyrock.

We felt we were mislead on the install time, it was much more complicated (messy & smelly) than we expected.

We felt we were mislead on the install time, it was much more complicated and time-consuming than we expected ,(he was only here five hours each day), also, much messier ( a lot of cutting)and smellier( a week later, the odour is still there). I don't think the installer's driving time was taken into consideration when we were given the arrival time. The installer was very nice and considerate. The soap dish and shower doors aren't exactly where we wanted them placed. and we aren't happy with the handle on the shower door. However, the finished product does look nice.

with the new tub and liner in we are now replacing the rest of the bathroom with all new flooring, sink, toilet and painting the walls to look even better
