Consultant was friendly and professional. Installer was friendly, and kept everything very clean, new tub area looks great. We had an issue with the water pressure in our shower after the installation was complete - had to fix the issue ourselves, talked a couple times with Bath Fitters but did not seem in any hurry to come see the problem (fixed before a technician could come to the house). No caulking is installed around the faucet and water controls.

We had our bath done, which solved moisture problems in our bathroom. It was simple and quick and gives us peace of mind to know it is well guaranteed, clean and effective. The work was done in one day, with thoughtful attention to detail and a caring attitude. .

He was very friendly explained how things were done. He consulted me regarding where I wanted things to go. He was very careful on not scratching the sink .washer & dryer. And cleaned up before leaving. No complaints whatsoever. Very happy . Looks great. And I would recommend Bathfitters to anyone.

The person who came to install the bath tub was genuinely courteous, helpful, professional and conscientious. He was very keen to make sure that the site was well cared for, kept it clean and made sure everything was kept tip top after the installation process. Glen at Bathfitter worked so hard for two days by himself tearing out the old shower stall and installing a beautiful new one! He was reliable and respectful. He cleaned up everything before leaving the first day. We were very impressed with Glen’s craftsmanship and would highly recommend Bathfitter!!
