I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now. Yesterday I picked up my new Mitsubishi Outlander GT premium and I am in love. The hole process was easy and Eli and Sam are amazing. They both took their time with me. They answered my millions of questions and had alot of patience. A really excellent place to get your vehicle.Thank you guys so much, I would recommend it to everyone ❤️

I recently purchased my first new vehicle ( 2022 RVR) from Sam (Salesman) at Bank Street Mitsubishi. Very knowledgeable throughout the experience. As this was my first major purchase, Eli (Financial Manager) helped me understand all the financial details and left no question unanswered. The customer service I received was above and beyond 5 stars! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend dealing with the team at Bank Street Mitsubishi.

Recently purchased my 2022 Outlander at the bank Street Ottawa. This is my first vehicle here and in Canada. The sales person Sam was really professional and explained me very well about the vehicle and its features. The Account Manager Eli Farah provided me all the information which I require about financing, Additional packages etc. He was proactively responding to all my queries over email later as well. The Vehicle is really great so far and I am really happy about the purchase.

We recently purchased an Outlander GT at this location. When we picked up the vehicle, Sam was ready for us and spent a good hour giving us an overview and course on the options and technology of this loaded SUV. He also set up the Mitsubishi Connect app on both our phones. Sam is very dedicated and provided professional and very helpful service. He sat in the car and was very patient showing and explaining all the great features of this product. He has many years of experience, friendly and a pillar of this dealership. He told us to call him anytime for questions. Great sales person. Ask for him when visiting this dealership.
