I would write 0 stars if I could. There service centre is oh-so-great…. Booked my appointment for an oil change in advance. The representative booking my appointment asked if I wanted to drop off my car and use the uber service, and I said yes since that’s what I always do. I come in to drop off keys and take an uber (mind you I’ve already planned ahead so that I can make it back to work in time). Now Garry tells me they don’t do that for services under 1 hour. I’m displeased now, because he’s not giving me any other option. I’m missing work because of your poor training for whomever is scheduling appointments all while dealing with this rude guy in the morning (who is ALWAYS rude btw). Tells me it will just be 45 minutes, and I ended being there almost an hour and a half! To top it off, I’m finally given my keys and detailed invoice by some other guy, and he tells me my car is not parked in the row closest to the entrance but all the way down in the additional parking. I don’t mind, I could used the walk to release my displeasure. I’m walking and I finally get to the additional parking. Odd…can’t seem to find my car, so I start walking and searching. I still can’t see it. So I press the alarm to listen and the sound goes back to the direction I just came from. So I walk back towards the beginning of the additional parking and still nothing. I tell myself, it can’t be. My car can’t be in the zone where the entrance is because he said it wouldn’t be. I turn to look, and to my disbelief it’s there. Sick joke… I even said thank you to that guy because he had good mannerisms.

I’d like to thank Matt at Bank Street Hyundai for helping me get a fantastic new car for a good deal. His customer service is out of this world, and he’s very honest and knowledgeable. He has also been checking in periodically since the sale to make sure that everything is up to my standard; his customer service doesn’t just stop once the car is sold. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and he will have my business in the future. I’m a young adult starting to think about my future and the possibility of a family, and decided I was ready to take the leap and purchase a larger and safer SUV. Matt helped me work within my budget while still prioritizing the features and safety aspects that mattered to me most. Thanks again to the Bank Street Hyundai team, especially Matt, for all of the help and quality service while purchasing my new vehicle.

Don't bother going to purchase a car at this dealership. They completely screwed me over. I put a down payment on a new car that was being delivered and when it arrived they told me they sold it to someone else. I waited for about 2 months for this vehicle. I purchased from another Hyundai dealership that showed me respect and went above and beyond. Don't waste your time with Bank Street Hyundai.

I had a good experience in the buying process but recent experience with service department was not good. I dropped my car as soon as they opened in the morning (with an appointment) for a noise issue in the trunk. The issue would not take more than a couple of hours to fix but the car was not even taken to the shop till 4pm (did they forget bluelink exists??). My issues were not fixed AT ALL, not sure if they even tried. At the end, the car was left in the parking with keys hidden behind a pillar for me to pick up after the department was closed. I was trying to call since 3pm but nobody bothered to answer the phone so I had to just wait for a call and they called about 20 minutes before closing for the weekend so I had no option but to agree for them to leave the keys like that. When I conveyed my negative feedback on phone, a manager promised to call me but I haven't heard from him either. The only good customer service was uber pickup and drop.
