Great to deal with

The staff were all great. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. All the cars we looked at were in great shape and had been meticulously cleaned inside and out by the fusion auto staff. Without even asking for it we were provided with the car facts report as well as a list of work their in house mechanic performed to the vehicle to get it safetied.

I was undecided on if I wanted a new car and was not at all wanting to go through the stressful process of finding one. However anyone I was in contact with at Fusion Auto Sales, Went absolutely above and beyond to help me and make the entire process so much easier and stress free then I ever thought possible! I really appreciate all the help and I love my new car.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from fusion auto. Sabrina helped me pick out a vehicle that best suited my needs. She was very professional and answered all my questions and really took the time with me to find what I was looking for. All the staff at fusion auto are amazing but if your going to buy a vehicle I highly recommend Sabrina! :) Thank you everyone from fusion auto for helping me get into my new Ford fusion! I love it!

Worth The Drive After 50 years of buying cars I have found a dealer that I would recommend to anyone. Fusion Auto had a diesel truck that I was interested in looking at, but living in Oshawa, Ontario it was almost a 4 hour drive one way to go and look at the vehicle so I was quite hesitant to make the trip. I talked to Jeramy on the phone and the way he described the truck it sounded like it was what I was looking for, but I was still sceptical, especially after looking at a few other so called clean, low mileage trucks at other dealerships in the Toronto area. After almost 3 weeks and several emails back and forth with Jeramy, Tom and Randy I finally decided to make the long trek down the 401 to see the truck as they had assured me it would be worth my time. When I arrived Tom and Randy showed me the truck as Jeramy wasn't around and it was almost exactly as described, I say almost because it was actually in better condition then I had been told. After a thoroughly examining the truck and a test drive I knew it was the truck I wanted but was expecting to have to return on my next day off to actually buy the truck. Randy and I sat down and within 5 minutes we had settled on a price that included my old truck as a trade in. It was almost 1 pm so I still figured that I would be driving home and having to come back down in a few days but Randy assured me the paperwork and everything could be completed that afternoon to save me another trip. By 3 pm all of the paperwork was completed( he'd even called my insurance company and had them fax a new insurance slip),and I was on the road home. This was by far the easiest and best experience I've ever had buying a car and even though it's a 8 hour round trip I know where I'll be heading if and when I ever need another vehicle, (I expect this one to last me a lot of years) Fusion Auto.
