This dealership was amazing! Truly went above and beyond for me not only during but after our purchase! They stayed open late for us on a long weekend, we’re so knowledgeable, and more than fair! This dealership and their salesman Shane treated us like family and I couldn’t be happier with my experience

Anytime you buy a car from this dealer, talk to Tim. He’s a really nice guy and actually cares about if the car is right for you. The whole team are all extremely helpful and patient.

We bought a used Tundra from Collingwood Toyota 5 years ago and it is still reliable and running well. Even after only a few days, I expect to be very satisfied with the used 2013 Camry I just purchased.

Toyota Collingwood staff are professional and friendly. The salesperson had in depth knowledge of the car I was buying and explained all the features clearly. I did not feel pressured.

Booked an appointment for electrical diagnosis for my Lexus. Before booking an appointment i had confirmed whether they deal with lexus cars or not and they confirmed yes. Waited there for an hour and they came back with answer that i never expected. Worked on car for an hour and they didn’t find the issue and gave up and charged $95 for nothing. They referred me to lexus dealership because they can’t find part as per their diagram. These guys were not supposed to book appointment if they don’t have knowledge about it..just wasted my time and money! BAD EXPERIENCE!!
