My appt was for my TPMS light that was on my dash most of the time.When I spoke to the service dept they told me that the TPMS was an after market and unable to help me. That was fine as I thought I would go back to the shop that initially did the TPMS. I mentioned to the service guy that my steering wheel would shake around 105-110km. He said we can take care of that for you and suggested I get my 8000km check done at the same time and there would be N/C.I assumed at this point that I didnt have to pay for anything as there was no mention of any cost. During this time ,I called my mechanic that put my tires on and he said that if your getting your tires balanced, make sure they dont charge you as I do it for you for free.When my car was done the service guy explained what they did and told me you have a total of $112. I asked what that was for and he said that was for the balancing. I then told him I could of had the tires balanced for free from my mechanic that installed the tires. I paid the $112 but that was not how I anticipated my first service visit would of been.I was annoyed that first of all that the service guy did not mention anything about a cost and second of all did not mention what the cost would have been to have the tires balanced.

I have always received friendly and great service from the front desk, service coordinators and Service Manager. Their technicians are knowledgeable, all service work and repairs on my ES350 have been completed with utmost service. Safe processes in place for clients during the pandemic.
