Our arrival was promptly met and within a few minutes the car was driven into the shop. Rather than sitting down, we window shopped the new RAV4's on the lot. The car was finished on time and payment process was quickly finished.

We do try to complete each service appointment in a timely fashion. If however, your appointment is going to take some time, we offer shuttle service if you don't want to wait. If you choose to wait, we have several customer lounge areas including one with a t.v., free WiFi and an excellent assortment of hot beverages to choose from. It was disappointing that I was charged $25 to stow my summer tires at the dealership. I purchased my snow tires and rims from Toyota and I always get my vehicle maintenance completed at a Toyota dealership. I’ve been a customer of Toyota since 2009 and normally compliment your service. I feel this charge was excessive.

Bernard, Thank you for your review. The $25.00 per season tire storage is fee is to cover the cost of storage infrastructure and it also goes towards the insurance for your tires and rims in the case of theft or fire damage. We have done our homework and there are places charging $75 or more. We always work hard to keep costs down and provide the best and most convenient service for our valued customers.
