Very impressed by the service and knowledge of the staff! Hats off to Raj! Great salesman who helped me with my purchase by providing excellent customer service and knowledge! (And provided me with many laughs too 🤣 ) Thomas in financing is the man too! He does an excellent job, he works hard and makes sure customers leave happy! Great job Toyota staff!!! I'm already looking forward to my next purchase with you guys!!!

We went looking at Toyota for a new car and Agatha was very nice to work with, she didn’t pressure us at all and was very relaxed. We didn’t end up buying here but would recommend going to check it out!

They don't know how to calculate time, said one hour and spent 2 hours, also, they keep adding additional problems once they started the service instead telling everything at once.

What a great experience!

I recently purchased a 2018 RAV4 XLE from Jackson’s Toyota. Due primarily to the diligence and exceptional customer commitment of Antaisha D’Agostini, it was a remarkable experience. On my initial visit to the dealership in May, I was warmly greeted at the door by Antaisha and my comfort level rose immediately; she is very easy to speak with and truly personable. Once we determined what I wanted vs ‘had to have’, test drives were arranged in short order which helped to further define my preferences. Throughout the selection process, Antaisha responded promptly with enough facts and details to satisfy even me and she did so with respect, patience, and humour. Because of her, when I drove home in my new vehicle, I felt I had made a well-informed decision and was elated with my choice. I am thankful to have Antaisha as my New Car Product Advisor. I look forward to a long relationship with her and the Jackson’s Toyota Team.
