My husband and I just bought a Prius Prime from Jackson Toyota, Barrie. The experience from walking up a week ago, to driving away in our new car today was nothing but smooth, pleasant, and stress-free! Emily in Sales was terrific! She answered all our questions, communicated efficiently, and was very professional! Go see Emily if you need a vehicle-especially the Prius Prime! Thank you all involved Toyota!

Complete information , pleasant people to deal with, good selection of vehicles, sales lady (Emily) was very knowledgeable, no high pressure tactics, all in all not bad at all and I hate parting with money lol.

Wouldn’t even give this dealership a 1*. Don’t even waste your time dealing with the awful service manager. He treats everyone terribly. This is why we would never lease another Toyota. Don’t deal with this dealership as they are less then helpful during the purchase and they ordered us the wrong vehicle from the start after they made us wait 3-4 weeks for the vehicle arrive. Go anywhere but here. If you want a Toyota go to Sunrise in Orillia, they will be more than happy to have your service! Just deal with oil changers if you HAVE to get it from this dealership but don’t expect Jacksons Toyota to do any favours for you whatsoever..

Had Tundra in for service and a front end alignment that I had discussed with service manager after vehicle was 6 months old. I Was advised that regardless of what previous manager had agreed to it was past the 12 month adjustment period and they were not honouring the previous managers agreement. Spoke with Toyota Canada and they stated agreements made at dealership are not their responsibility but felt Jackson’s should honour the agreements made by previous employees and will discuss with ownership. Unfortunately that leaves me with the bill for something that should be covered under warranty which I still haven’t reached 3 years or 60,000 km. Not good Jackson’s!

I just enjoyed the unique experience of buying a Toyota Tacoma from Jackson’s Toyota, more specifically from Emily Willchuck. I found her to be knowledgeable, instructive, and displayed active listening skills which made for a conversation about the Tacoma, rather than a presentation. I would proudly recommend Emily to everyone thinking of getting a new Toyota.
