I visited the used lot during an ice storm. Some neighbouring dealers weren't doing test drives. Al was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. My husband had made contact with Sarah (who answered the phone when he called), she wasn't in but Al was happy to help me. He wasn't pushy, listened to my needs and we went and drove some cars. He was a trooper to get them cleaned off in the storm. I drove a couple of cars and left to go see some others in town. I texted him that I was coming back. The response when I arrived back was so positive. I drove one more car and bought it. I can't thank Al enough for making a stressful time for me and my family easy. I really hope he got the commission as while I appreciate Sarah she really only answered the phone. Nothing pro-active like Al. From the Financial person to the Manager and everyone I encountered, it was awesome. I've since referred many friends.

Whilst having my current car serviced, my wife & I walked into the showroom & were greeted by Emily. She asked if we were interested in a new car & gave us a complete run down on the C-HI. She was very knowledgeable & provided all the facts which resulted in us purchasing the car.

Great service right from the first phone call to when we walked in the door! Wyatt was awesome he knew the product he was selling and was very easy to deal with not pushy and that’s important to a customer!
