Exceptional as always.

Our salesperson Nicole was amazing. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in dealing with her. When I picked up my new vehicle yesterday she was very knowlegeable about all of the functions of the vehicle. She went over everything in great detail. She even spent the time to book up my Bluetooth. Also, a huge cudos goes out to Barb. She is one very friendly and exceptional good receptionist. I love speaking with her when I go to Jackson's.

Went in to test drive a used Sante Fe and after looking at a few other cars we decided that this was the vehicle we wanted. Spoke with the sale person over the phone as we are from out of town and after some back and forth we came to an agreement on price. We were looking to trade in our car but could not bring it in until the weekend so we set an appointment to complete the sale and have our car appraised on Saturday. When we arrived at the dealership we were informed the car was sold that morning. When I spoke to the manager he said because we had not come in to make a deposit or sign anything there "was no deal". Neither a deposit or signed document was requested by the salesperson. After being told the situation was not intentional and trying to sell me another car from their lot I went home and started looking for another similar vehicle. Lo and behold the day after we arranged the appointment the online price was dropped halfway between their asking price and our agreed price. Not intentionally though!! Don't have any experience with Jackson's Toyota but I will certainly not be dealing with Automatch again

Please understand that we do require a deposit to hold the vehicle on an appointment. As you can understand, we have had past situations where appointments do not show and we are stuck holding a vehicle therefore jeopardizing other potential sales and furthermore upsetting those clients. If you arrived and the vehicle was not to your liking we would have refunded your deposit with no hard feelings. For what it is worth, I do apologize and hope there is something I can do to help you.
