I am giving a 1 star rating for one reason. I was sold a pre-owned truck that was due for scheduled maintenance, and didn't know until I was called from the service department months later. Apparently I'm due for a 50,000km maintenance, which includes an intake cleaning and multi point inspection. My truck had more than 50,000km on it when I bought it, so thanks for passing the cost of that on to me SMP.

It's a good place to go , great sales staff... but service I've come in two times to get the same rattle fixed, but now I got another rattle because they did not put the dash back together properly... atleast if the mechanics would check it over notice it and fix it there would be no issues, but lazy mechanics are starting to annoy the heck out of me as I now have to try to get there early again for them to "fix" it

Very unprofessional because during the transaction and financial part of it we found out our 2015 equinox had a 13000 dollar claim against it and we drove it for a year and a half and didn't know it till we trade it in found to be very dishonest since I have purchased four vehicles from amp in the last nine year

Didn't think tire rating was accurate. Not your fault & should of checked tire condition more carefully myself too. Though a adjustment could have been made. Everything else is fine. Customer should have bought a little newer & less k! Lol!
