Upon my original 5 star review because of the solid work that a mechanic did. The service Manager at Bank Street Mitsubishi is a prime example of a crook. My friend brought in his car a couple of months ago and OVER charged him for a subframe. He charge 17 HOURS when afterwards we called Kanata on his behalf and they said that was highway robbery and told us that at MOST it was 5 hours if everything was seized. That's a HUGE $2,100 difference.. when we called to complain about it, we get told "Not our problem and we can go somewhere else. if we don't like it" while getting laughed at. Absolute unprofessional behavior and strongly advise everyone to go somewhere else.

The sales manager was not helpful at all, once he knew that we won’t sign the deal on the same day he told us that he prefers spending his time with someone ready to buy and he didn’t even give us a price breakdown, I liked the eclipse cross but I definitely won’t go back there.

Called and spoke to Liam about a vehicle that I saw for sale online and had a few questions. He was very cheerful when he answered the phone and more than willing to get me the information I was asking for. Was a very quick turn around time from when I called and when he got back to me with the information I was looking for. I appreciated that he got back to me so fast with the details I was looking for.

If there was a zero, I'd give that to this dealership. They failed to take responsibility for their techs lack of honesty. They over torqued the bolts on a brand new transmission assembly. This caused hairline cracks which they then tried to conceal with JB weld to cover their lack of knowledge. They admitted to this failure but relied on Mitsubishi Canada to come good on a second warranty transmission replacement. Of course, They declined it, saying it had been repaired by someone (not professionally). The dealer should replace the transmission as it was their technicians that caused the 2nd failure. My spouse bought her 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander at this dealership and even purchased the extended warranty. This 2nd failure occurred inside the factory warranty. However the service department did not do a second warranty claim at that time. They decided to internalize this repair. Which in essence, voided the warranty. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE OR GET YOUR SERVICED HERE> They are not ethical, and do NOT stand behind their work or brand.

While I ended up deciding not to purchase, Chu, the first person who greeted me in the showroom, was very helpful. I walked into the dealership without an appointment, and Chu was accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable.
