I had an excellent experience at the Bank Street Mitsubishi dealership sometime ago,Thanks to Mr. Mike Faust, He was so patient with me, very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Really enjoyed our experience shopping here, we didn't ultimately pull the trigger on a vehicle here, but never felt extra pressure or any type of lack of care as a result of it. Shout out to Mahboob who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made the test drive super enjoyable and the manager Michael who was very welcoming and helpful. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

My husband was due for a reliable vehicle. He always has purchased used. I purchased my Eclipse Cross at Mitsubishi Bank Street a year ago and we both like the vehicle and he’s always liked the Outlander. We saw a great deal online at Bank Street. However, there’s always grey areas in those deals, depends on terms and so forth. Since we owned a Mitsubishi they were able to give the loyalty rate which decreases the interest rate by 1% and we asked for them to remove the Dalawri package of 1295$ because we didnt want the package, we live too far to drive for the oil changes which is the package basically. Then we saw that when you purchase a new Outlander you get free winter tires. The sales person Geoff and Paul and Michael said this wasn’t possible as they already gave us too much of a deal and had removed the Dillawri package. That was disappointing but proceeded with purchase. We picked up the vehicle Wednesday evening of this week, it was super exciting but you always have that worry on who you can trust no matter what dealership you go to. Either way this was exciting for my husband, fresh new vehicle and a good distraction to some recent life stressors. All was good until my husband went to start his vehicle the next morning and to his shock it wouldn’t start, it wouldn’t roll over! He called the dealership and the service department said to get a tow to their dealership and they would service it right away but that he would have to pay for the tow up front and they would reimburse. So my husband tried to get a tow truck, it was a struggle and a 4 hour wait. At this point my husband was missing his important final classes before become a fully liscenced electrician, he was warned if he missed classes they could fail which would be our whole family livelihood gone down the drain. He was able to get a local mechanic and friend to read the codes on the vehicle and it showed a fuel pump issue. He then called Bank Street Mitsubishi and they said it was getting too late in the day, send the car to Kanata dealership and also said they wouldn’t be able to provide him with a rental car or any sort of deal for the hardship. So my husband did the leg work and called the Kanata dealership which were amazing to work with and they have been troubleshooting with my husband since and working to repair the vehicle. Bank street Mitsubishi treated my husband like dirt. As soon as they make that sale and you leave the lot they don’t care. We also heard the sales person say when he wanted to look at the car initially that it was burried under snow in their back compound. Then another sales person said it was coming fresh off a truck wrapped in plastic. So these were lies, the vehicle was obviously parked a year and not started up, left with low gas and this has cause the fuel pump issues. The dealership wouldn’t even give my husband free car mats or throw in some tires or pay for a rental or provide a rebate. Nothing, no help, just a figure it out. We will not go back. If we buy another Mitsubishi it will be from Kanata. I will say the Chu the salesman was super kind and called to say sorry. However, we do deserve some sort of compensation or rebate for this hectic couple of days and the stress it’s caused and its impact on my husbands schooling and liscencing. So disappointed :(
