My RVR was a year old when i was hit on the driver side. When the car was repaired, contacted Paul who took care of the rustproofing and paint protection, not only to the repaired parts but the whole vehicle and also detailed car at no cost. Fitting me in for an oil change was a bonus to save time going back in 2 weeks. Communication was open through email with no issues. The service was great, staff are friendly, hard to find at most dealerships.

I had been researching the Mitsubishi Mirage online and sent a request for a test drive. Within minutes I got a call to come in that day to check out the car. I met with Mahboob and was impressed with his friendliness and knowledge. He answered all my questions and treated me and my daughter with respect. Once he got the sale and I went in to pick up my car, he sat with me and walked me through setting up my phone, explained all of the features of the car. He then checked in with me a week later to make sure I didn't have additional questions and to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. I was and still am impressed by the professionalism of Mahboob and Paul, the great customer service I received while in the showroom and after the sale. I've purchase in the past from a different dealership and never received the care I got at Bank Street Mitsubishi. I'm so happy with my car and definitely recommend talking with Mahboob!
