I recently leased a 2025 Acura RDX A-Spec from Acura on Brant. It started with just a random sales call to one of their Sales Rep Jinu Samota. He was so professional and soft spoken and provided me all the details over the phone about car and all the options. He did not make me feel for a second that I am just another cold caller person wasting his time. I booked an appointment with him and he helped me get what I wanted and I end up getting the car I was looking for. The whole process was painless and very professional, no hidden charges no gimmick. I walked out happy from Acura On Brant and enjoying my new ride I would highly recommend everyone should contact Jinu Samota for all their car needs. A true gentleman. Thank you Jinu.

Although my car wasn’t purchased here, I called to see if they could squeeze me in to change a running light. Thank you, Glenda!! Within twenty-five minutes, I was checked in by service advisor Adam who was amazing in taking care of my small job. Not only was the bulb changed, they washed my car too. Felt like a regular, valued customer. Really warm, efficient customer service! Appreciate your help, Adam!!!!

Leggat Acura is worth the drive from Hamilton to service your Acura, the difference in professionalism, competence and respect experienced here leaves you satisfied and appreciative. Always a positive experience at this location. They don't just say they respect their customers - they show it every time. I was provided a courtesy vehicle today so I could attend an important medical appointment the day my car was being serviced and when I walked outside and arrived to the loaner vehicle to retrieve it, I noticed Adam had already started the car to warm it up for me (it was -6 outside). Small considerations like this should not go unrecognized. My car was also serviced to satisfaction. Having a great dealer service team is a huge thing to factor in when purchasing a new vehicle, you are in good hands if you work with this location! Thanks for the great customer service experience!

I recently purchased an Acura RDX from Josh Prodger, Assistant Sales Manager. He went above and beyond to assist me and find the perfect vehicle for me. I did a lot of research before I made my purchase and the customer service, quality and price at this Acura is unbeatable. Josh continued to assist me even after I made my purchase. Terrible after sales service. They don’t follow through on what was promised at time of sale. Both the sales manager and the assistant sales manger are incompetent. Do not buy from this dealership.

Dealer took my deposit. Provided a contract. The transaction didn't go through. Here comes the best part: reception promised to courier the deposit cheque and we have still not received it. Have filed a complaint about these guys to the Ministry.

My family used this location for many years, so when I took over the family car and the winter tires were stored here I figured it would be a smooth process. I called maybe a week or two before I needed the tires to make sure they were there, and a lovely gentleman not only confirmed they were there but also told me the year and quality of the tires too. He said just to give him a call when I needed them pulled and it would be no problem since I wasn’t getting them put on at Acura. I called this past Monday morning hoping to pick them up that evening and was told it would take 48 hours to pull my tires because “that’s the policy” I explained I was never informed of this, that the previous person I spoke with was able to locate them, check the year and quality of the tires so I didn’t understand why it would now take two full days to pull tires out when I didn’t need to have them put on their either. No reason given other than “that’s the policy”. She said she could pull them in 24 hours but I had zero time to get them the following day so I would need to see if someone else could get them. I called back twice, once around 11am and left two call back numbers via voicemail to be reached at, then called again around 2:45pm and left a second voicemail. Neither calls were returned. I had someone else call and they had answered and said “we can have them for you in 24 hours, so on Wednesday” which would have been 48 hours, even tho they repeated 24 hours was available. When asking for a specific time for Wednesday the employee rudely repeated “I told you Wednesday afternoon”. When I showed up to get my tires on Wednesday afternoon it’s a little unclear if they were pulled (the employee looked and had to search a little but had me sit in the lobby to load them in my car) I had asked to speak with the supervisor/manager, but he was in a meeting at the time. I left my number, again, to be contacted and have yet to hear back. Rude, unprofessional and quite honestly ridiculous for it to take two full days for 4 tires to be pulled when someone could give me all the information on the tires within a 15 minute phone call with no explanation other than “that’s policy”. (Call logs included incase the response is that these calls didn’t happen)
